Peppermint Essential Oil

 

Recommended for
 
Joint Pain: Mix 1-3 drops with coconut oil and apply
to affected areas.
 
Alertness: Apply on the back of neck and temples.
 
Hot Flashes: Apply on the back of the neck and
tongue.
 
Snoring: Put 1-2 drops on tongue before going to bed.
 
Headache: Apply 2 drops to head, temples and back
of neck.
 
Fevers: Rub down the spine until fever is gone.
 
Caution
: If you have sensitive skin use with caution.
Add coconut oil or lavender on the area if you have
a reaction.  Don't use on babies faces.
